Ethernet connection issue problem

I'm using ZTE H268A.
Mainly playing games and watching twitch tv, the use of Ethernet is important. However, when playing a game over Wi-Fi, there is no connection problem, but when using Ethernet, there is a connection problem. For example, Blizzard games ,some steam games and Twitch tv. also I've updated drivers and port forward as the game company wanted, but the connection problem is still unresolved.
How can I play games without connection problems via Ethernet? :cry:
