Hi
I am a new customer and I have ordered a boardband service and it has been actived from 27 April 2020.
I use Tp-link W8960N as the modem Router.
By following the quick setup : I chose ADSL WAN as WAN type at the first step; then the WAN configuration, I type in the PPP username and password as I received; next is wireless config. After these, no connection to Internet, and the light of internet on Modem is off.
Can anybody help me about this? I tried type in the PPP username & password, copy paste from the message I received, I don’t know why.

In the diagnostic page, it failed in authentication.

There is a pic not clear, I repost it again. Also the modem lights.
