Comprehensive Credit Report - When does Exetel start reporting?

Dear Exetel Team,

I notice in my Credit File that you checked my Credit Score upon signing up, but so far hasn't reported our Credit Relationship. As my good credit history with you could be greatly beneficial for me in the future, I would like to ask:

Are you planning to report credit data, ever? When?

I'm sure you wouldn't hesitate to report when I fall behind on a payment.

Dear sir,

Presently only the financial institutions are required to provide comprehensive credit reporting, Telco’s and other providers are not mandated to supply any payment data at this time.

There are currently no plans to submit any positive or negative payment data voluntarily.

We suggest you contact the Australian Government Treasury Dept for any further information”.
