Optical light green but no internet

I am wondering how I can have an optical light green on the NTD but no internet due to a fibre cut somewhere? I recently had rodent damage to the fibre cable at my house which made the optical light go red (obviously) but a recent fibre cut to numerous sites in NSW resulted in no internet access but the optical light remained green

Hi,

Our supplier advises that Fibre repairs have been completed and most services are online now. Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
