Just got April PC User mag here at work and they're doing a broadband review.
Exetel got mentioned in the top 5 for the following categories:
- Best Value unbundled plans under $30
- Best Value unbundled plans under $45
- Best unbundled VOIP plans
In first para, they state that "while there are compelling regional deals available, we've concentrated on ISPs that offer their services nationally".
They've also biased the tests on amount of data allowed (inc charged uploads)
Exetel wireless wasn't mentioned but unwired and vodafone were, who are your wholesalers if i remember correctly.
All makes for an interesting read tho.
