Customer is always right?

Post by CCCs » Sun Mar 30, 2008 12:04 am

I stumbled upon this article browsing through digg.

Thought it was a good read and really showed how self-indulgent we are in modern day society where common decency is tossed out for me-ism.

I think anyone who starts work on a helpdesk finds out the problem with that in the first few minutes.

Yeh, if the customer was right, they'd not be on the phone in the first place. :)

Ain't that the truth (said that when a customer asked the question  but just once).

@Aquard: Does it come in bullet-proof?

Cheers,

Oh no, they're very happy to ring you up to tell you how right they are...

When I worked in tech support, I always got a laugh out of the customers who would ring up spewing because their internet wasn't working - when they hadn't paid their bill!!! Usually sufficed to plug the vitriol.
