Exetel has a Carrier license?!

Now why would Exetel need that?

We were planning to set up a wireless network in parts of a few cities but that project is on hold until the finacial issues around the world settle down.

Now would that make it easier for you to do number porting from PSTN to VOIP on the Naked plans? (he asks hopefully :D )
