Post by Unknown » Mon May 19, 2008 9:09 am

Just had a quick look at the graphs for this morning (attached).

What is happening at 2am? Im never up at 2 so in reality the effect on me was zero but I am interested to know what this is/means?

The same thing that happens at 12pm, the P2P screws are loosened.

The opposite (Screws tightened) happens at 9am then in two stages in the afternoon at 4pm and 9pm.

This is so that Exetel's bandwidth is not saturated by P2P and browsing etc can still work properly.
