You are able to check for ADSL2+ availability here:

The Maitland exchange doesn't appear enabled at this time (and there's no ETA).

My exchange is only enabled for ADSL2 with Tel$tra.

We've been offered ADSL2 on Telstra's exchanges from both Telstra direct and from resellers of Telstra.

The costs we have been offered are not what we are in business to offer to end users.

From reading JL's blog, it appears as if all sorts of "offers" were being bandied about, I was hoping adsl2 with tel$tra was one of them.

There are all sorts of "offers" on Teltra's ADSL2 exchanges - all at Telstra's "list prices".

If you need ADSL2 on those exchanges get a 'deal' from Telstra - it's pointless to do anything else.
