I have one last question. From the little info I know about xbox360 it uses p2p for downloads and for multiplayer.
I just started downloading a 400mb update through Xboxlive. It just occured that this may be against the new rules in place.

Does Exetel consider Xboxlive to be a form of p2p that should not be used for updates/downloads between 12:am-2am?

Edit: Downloads through xboxlive have always been slow. 450mb takes like 1-2 hours when my download speed is 580-660KBps I don't think it's an exetel issue. However, is it possible that the 'net encforcer' (The p2p hardware you run) is throttling xboxlive mistakenly?

Thanks
