Checking my usage status shows that off-peak is now 2am to 2pm again. Is this the case, or is the members site out of date from when they changed it to 2am to 12noon? I am so confused....
Off-Peak | Period Option: 2:00 am to 2:00 pm
Is off-peak back from 2am to 2pm again?

Yes, I had gone for the 2am-2pm option when it was offered. Then it was cut back to 12noon as far as I was aware.

anyone that change their off peak times when they had the option were able to keep it.
If you left your off peak at 12-12 then then cut it back to 2-12
If you left your off peak at 12-12 then then cut it back to 2-12
