ADSL plans

Post by username4me » Fri Oct 30, 2009 11:28 am

Hi

I'm on TELI (12+54Gb 2am-2pm) and ADSL2 is unavailable on my exchange.

Is this plan one of the new unmetered ones?
TL-BA $0.00 $45.00 12 gbytes 0 gbyte(s) $3.00

Thanks

Yep. The 0GB in the off-peak is meant to be equivalent to the "No Charge" on the website. The wording will be updated to clear any confusion

Thanks for the reply Corey,

I changed my ADSL service around 3pm on the 30th of October. I received an email that my ADSL plan has been updated as requested. The plan changed today from the old 12/54Gb to 12/60Gb. Isn't it meant to be 12/0Gb?

Could this be because I chose 2am-2pm as the offpeak period a few months back?

Thanks

The black bar on mine still says 60gig too!
But everywhere else it says 0, is this just an update glitch to be fixed?

It is 12 hours in to the first day of a series of major changes.

It takes time to update so many different processes and the text on so many pages - it's also Sunday.

For those who had the shaping option turned on prior to plan change, does it still apply to the new plans? I ask this as i still have the shaping option, which also mentions the extra 2gb during shaped. I would still like to keep that option if still available.

Shaping option would be kept on your account.

That is great news. thanks for the quick response raymond.

Edit: I think the $3 might need to be changed (updated) in the shaping section inside members area.
