Hi,

Yes I am also waiting for a reply regarding this as I was about to change plans nearing the 30th, in accordance with the cease of plan email, this post and reply contradicts the other posts in the forum perhaps, depending on what the No means.

I am on this plan, will my connection be terminated on the 30th if I don’t change to another plan? It’s not something I can have happen at this point in time and I quite like my current plan lol.

Cheers.
SMC.

Likewise I'd like some clarification on this.

I dont want to change my current plan, but would rather do so than get disconnected in 2 days time!

Thanks :)

Just got an email reply of:

Thank you for your e-mail.

Yes, as specified in the notification sent to you, you will need to change to a currently available plan by June 30th 2010 to avoid the automatic disconnection of your ADSL service.

You could apply for a plan change online through your Exetel Members Facilities ----> Manage Services ADSL ----> Change My Service

Your plan changes will take affect on the 1st of the following month.

Thanks & regards,

Exetel Sales

I’m guessing the No in the post above means no he doesn't have to change plans, but the consequence will be a disconnection of service. Looks like we have to change plans.
