Change To Residential ADSL2+ Broadband with Phone Line Renta

Hi,

To change to "Residential ADSL2+ Broadband with Phone Line Rental" plan, would I need to fill out a new application(after cancelling old plan) or can all my details just be retained by Exetel and applied to the new plan with the new phone number?

If the request is to bundle up the telephone line with your existing Exetel ADSL, then you only need to fill out a telephone line transfer order form. You don't have to cancel and submit a new application. If it's a relocation, then a relocation request needs to be submitted via your Exetel Members Facilities > Manage Services > ADSL > Move Service. If it's a telephone number change with your current provider, this might have an impact on your ADSL service. I tried contacting you to understand the situation better but was unable to get through. Might not need to cancel service as I see "New Plans Coming Soon..."

When will these plans be available ?

The new plans should be available in your Exetel Members Facilities in a couple of months.

Well why put "new plans coming SOON..." up on your website if it's months away

FWS, Christmas will be here before that and I could die waiting for exetel to do somethin, except make crap statements like "coming soon"

Leaves me no choice but to cancel my current plan at 11.00am 21/10/2013

AND

Apply for new plan at 11.01am 21/10/2013
