How to Respond to a Reply to My Post

Post by cressy48 » Sun May 04, 2014 12:27 pm

Hi! :?:

I asked questions regarding problems I had, and got replies, but can't see how to answer them.
It isn't in the faqs.
I see there is a "post reply" but that is on my own post, and looks like I post a reply to myself. But should I actually use that button?

Hi,

Yes, you can click on post reply button to say what you have to say to the person who answered you. This way you can build up a conversation.

Cheers :)

"Post reply" will simply add a post to the end of the conversation. You will see a "quote" button inside each persons post which you can use if you want to also include the comment from a particular person that you are responding to, that way it's clearer who you are responding to if it was several posts earlier in the thread.
As we know, there are known knowns. There are things we know we know. We also know there are known unknowns. That is to say we know there are some things we do not know. But there are also unknown unknowns, the ones we don't know we don't know.
