"conditional call forwarding active"

My VOIP phone does not work, it is unreachable from my mobile showing " conditional call forwarding active".
also when dialing out it gives an incorrect 'busy' tone. I tried '0110' but that did not fix it.
Can you disable all call forwarding please so that the phone will work again.
I don't know how long that it has been like this, we don't use the landline every day.

I forgot , my service no is 02014 80425 and cust id 467157
Calling in or out gets a busy tone.
Sorry maybe this should have been in the VOIP section.

Thank you for contacting Exetel. Upon checking the service we couldn't find any VoIP registration and we have reconfigured the service on the modem, and the service seems to be registered and online. Please check the service on phone port 1 of the modem and let us know if any further issues.
