Hi, my phone has private outgoing callerID... is there a way to have it showing by default?

Is it a VoIP or PSTN service?

You'll need to select it in the member's facilities (under manage services somewhere for the wireline service), it's a free service called Caller Sending Number, or something unintuitive like that.
