My phone number is listed again - asked for unlisted

I have always had an unlisted number for professional reasons, when I had a Telstra landline. When I went over to a naked / VOIP package with Exetel I didn't even consider my number being listed so imagine my horror when I was told my name, address and phone number were in the hardcopy White Pages and the online version.

That was some months ago and I successfully had my number unlisted and had asked for it to NEVER be listed again.

Imagine my extreme annoyance to find my full name, phone number and address once again listed in a local phone book.

This issue is of great concern - obviously with untold thousands of copies of the phone book out there, there's no shutting that gate now.

But I feel this is just not good enough on Exetel's part and would like some answers.

An email I sent a few days ago has gone unanswered.

I have already emailed the correct person who could look in to this. Once I hear back I will come to you with an update.
