Does Optus PSTN lines support divert on busy

I am looking at a B31 Small business Plan

Does This support Divert on Busy?

I want it to divert to another number when busy

No we can not divert a call (on OPTUS infrastructure PSTN) ONLY when the line is busy.

But we have call divert for all calls option where you can divert all in-coming calls to another number.
There are no conditions - once activated all calls will be diverted.

When call divert-all and call-waiting is activated at the same time ;call divert-all takes effect until it is deactivated.
Therefore; the phone does not ring but immediately diverts the calls to another number whilst call divert-all is on.
