I have the optus line and adsl2 bundle also a voip number.
adsl seems to be working ok so does the voip number but when I go to use the line number there is a bad crackling noise bad enough that you can not use it what is the best way to go with this.

I have run a line test and some of the results are not within specifications , however we will require a second line test with no equipment connected to determine where the issue is.
A ticket has been created (Ticket ID: 5297105) and I have sent you an email with what we require you to do in order to get this issue resolved .
