I am a long time Exetel ADSL2 user and would like change plan and transfer wireline from Telstra to Exetel.
I am currently on a AAAW plan and would like to go to the AAPT 1.
Questions I have....
Does the phone line special apply to me ($10 off line rental)?
Will I retain my existing number (currently with Telstra)?
Will I retain all the VOIP packages I currently have (RV5, VP4) and the DID?
What downtime is there from woe to go?
