ADSL is up, but no phone dial tone

I've plugged a couple of known good phones direct to the wall but I'm not getting any dial tone.

Do I need to log a ticket?

Yes, please contact Exetel support on 0280301000 Option 2 Or drop an email to us on 'residentialsupport@exetel.com.au' to further investigate your telephony issue.
To Log a fault ticket, please click click here or alternatively call Exetel VOIP numbers (02) 8030 1000 or 1300 788 141 (log faults 24x7)
