We have been receiving late night calls on our home/office Optus PSTN line from a woman with mental health issues.
From a basic google it appears that the only avenues Optus offers are to go to a silent/unlisted number which is useless for a business number, or take police action to have her phone disabled, which we don't want to have happen, she needs help and not having a phone will not assist her.
Are there any other solutions that the forum community might know of ?
We know her numbers, is there a way in user facilities to block, or are there handsets that enable this.

However, there is a $3.00 monthly charge for this feature. Please let us know if you need this feature added into the service.
