Can you move disconnection date from 27-12 to 30-12?

My adsl service and telephone service will be disconnected on 27-Dec-2014. But because of Xmas holiday, Optus cannot port my telephone number out from Exetel until 29-Dec-2014. I am just wondering if you can help me to move the disconnection date from 27-Dec-2014 to 30-Dec-2014?

Just let you know, Himantha rang me for this issue, and he already solved the problem, all good.

I have been Exetel's customer for over than 9 years since the beginning of 2006, and always happy with Exetel, and it is sad to leave Exetel because of Telstra's fault, anyway, Thanks for your guys's help, appreciate it.
