ADSL light On Modem But Unable To Authenticate

Hi,

Noticed this Authentication problem at approx. 8.00am 1/09/2016

Have ADSL light on solid on modem but unable to Authenticate.

I live in Figtree NSW 2525 connected to Wollongong exchange.

Have factory reset modem.

Removed filter and connected modem directly to only phone point in house, ADSL light on solid but unable to Authenticate.

Phone is working.
