No Phone or internet for 10 days

For a few moths i was getting bad static on my phone line, and with it progressively slower and slower internet, until last month i lost it all. no internet and no phone at all.
Logged a fault and It was all fixed up. turns out it was bad wiring in the street and back at the exchange.
Now since it was no fault of my own, i reckon i shouldn't have to pay for a service that i was clearly not getting for those 10 days.

Reply here with the service issue ticket reference number and I will check on the possibilities.

Hi Richard,

I have checked your service issue reference number 12859881 and the supplier has already restored the service. Technician has replaced broken jumper at pillar and repaired 3 faults in street. Fixed lead-in joint out front of premises and replaced 1st socket as well.

I will check on the possible credit arrangements and email you via the same email ticket.
