VOIP voicemail menu not responding to button inputs

Since sometime over the weekend our voicemail setup menu has become unresponsive to our 'menu' button presses when we phone in to reconfigure it. Last Friday we successfully set up a temporary message saying we are closed for the weekend, but by Monday when we rang back to change it back to our regular message, we can hear the automatic menu voice but are unable to select any menu options with our phone buttons - the system does not respond to our inputs.

- we have tried with multiple phones in our little VOIP network here - same result
- our phone buttons do still work when dialling other automated menu systems
- incoming calls are still successfully diverted to voicemail, the caller can leave a message, and we get the email notification no problem.

We have tried ringing support but they don't seem to be understanding our problem.

Can you confirm the model name and the model number of the modem that you use?

Messages seems to have moved in to a different folder and it was not visible to me. However, I have found the service and other tickets. I will further check this and reply to you via the email ticket reference number 16219419.
