Incorrect information in members area [Resolved]
I just signed up to the plan FP-D2 as its advertised as No Limit = Unlimited and yet in the members facilities there is some BS No charge crap, and my usage meter is showing off peak as 86GB.
I think not.
I signed up for an off peak of infinity.
Please fix this asap.

Re: Incorrect information in members area
The plan has obviously been incorrectly set to have the no charge organically growing off peak, compared to what is advertised : Unlimited.
Re: Incorrect information in members area
I`m on the new FP-D2 plan too, but it says my excess peak downloads are charged at $6.gb not 50 cents, but my contract said 50 cents as did/does the web page, is this just like a typo error or will I actually charged $6 if I go over peak (30gb) usage ?
Also, when I swapped over it said I had signed up for a 12 month contract, but it only says 6 month contract on my user page, 6 months is fine, bit I would prefer a 12 month contract.

You have to speak to a tech and ask them to remove it.

It's a new plan, give the developers sometime to fix it.LordS wrote:I just signed up to the plan FP-D2 as its advertised as No Limit = Unlimited and yet in the members facilities there is some BS No charge crap, and my usage meter is showing off peak as 86GB.

Re: Incorrect information in members area
I just switched over to it as well
So it is unlimited and the members area is reporting it wrong or it is capped off at 85GB?

Did you read the post immediately before yours? Give it a few days for the developers to fix it.

Re: Incorrect information in members area
I'm very quickly approaching the 89GB limit, and I'm feeling uneasy with the fact this hasn't been fixed yet.
Can we please have an ETA?
