Event Notification

Location Affected: Point Cook, VIC.

Event Start Time: 10/06/2018

Products Impacted : ADSL

Additional Information: Some customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues. Our wholesale supplier advises a field technician has already been dispatched to restore services.

Root cause : Still being investigated, but a possible hardware failure.

Our wholesale supplier cannot provide an Estimated Time of Resolution yet.

Update

We are seeing most of the reported services are now online.

We are awaiting further confirmation from our wholesale supplier.

Kindly reboot your modem/router if issues persist. Apologies for any inconvenience caused
