Event Start : 11/07/2018, 10:00 AEST

Products Impacted: ADSL

Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues.

Root cause : Unavailable at the stage

Estimated Resolution : The supplier is unfortunately unable to provide us with the Estimated Time of Restoration

Once the outage has been restored kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.

The outage has been successfully Restored.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
