Event Start Time: 07/02/2019 16:40 EDST

Products Impacted : Some Telstra Corporate Data Services in affected area.

Root cause : Still being investigated.No ETR.

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

The Wholesale Supplier is unable to to provide an ETR at this stage.

Exetel do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Supplier technicians are currently working onsite.

No ETR provided yet.

Affected services are being restored.

Completion works are still ongoing.

RESTORATION / COMPLETION NOTES

All the affected services have been restored by 03:20AM 08/02/2019 (AEDT)

Root Cause - Failure of a network node in our supplier network
