Event Start Time: 02/07/2020

Estimated Resolution: No ETR

Root cause: Still under investigation.

Additional Information:
Most customers in the above-mentioned area may experience no connectivity during the above time frame.

The outage is still ongoing.

We are unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

Update;

Our wholesale supplier has located the issue within their network and applied the fix.

Currently, we can see most of the services are back online.

If it is not online, Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and check the service.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
