Root cause: Still under investigation.

Additional Information: Most customers in the above-mentioned areas may experience no connectivity due to this issue.

Please be advised that this issue has reoccurred and our wholesale supplier has advised that services in Pakenham and Warragul may experience performance issues until the fault is resolved.

Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.
