Products Impacted: Redtrain Fiber Services

Event Start Time: 2020-11-21 12:50 AEDT

Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR): No ETR

Root cause: Still under investigation

Additional Information: Our wholesale supplier advised that there is currently an unscheduled outage impacting customers in Doncaster, Victoria. A technician has been assigned to investigate and resolve the issue.

The Wholesale supplier advises that the outage is still ongoing. Technicians are on-site investigating the issue.

Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage.

The Wholesale supplier advises that the outage is still ongoing. Technicians are on-site investigating the issue.

Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated Time of Resolution at this stage for the service affected.
