Event Notification

Locations Affected: NSW Customers

Products Impacted: Fibre/ADSL Services

Event Start Time : 09/01/2021 00:00 AEDT

Estimated Resolution: No ETR

Root cause: Still under investigation.

Additional Information: Some customers in the NSW may experience difficulty in connecting to Battle.net / Activision Servers. This issue is being actively investigated by Exetel Core Networks Team.

Update

Issues with connecting to Battle.net / Activision Servers are ongoing and being actively investigated by Exetel Core Networks Team.

We are unable to provide an Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR) at this stage.

Update

Most services are able to connect to Battle.net / Activision Servers without any issues now.

However, we are still awaiting confirmation regarding the restoration of the issue.

Our wholesale supplier has successfully resolved the issue with connecting to Battle.net / Activision Servers now.
