Update

We are still having issue and our L3 engineers / supplier engineers are working towards a fix.

Update

Kindly note that the issue is still on going.

Additional Information: Some customers in the above mentioned area may experience Authentication (username & Password) errors and no connectivity (ADSL sync drops) issues.

We are still working towards a fix.
