If your service is still not working after the recent network outage, which has now been resolved kindly follow the below instructions.

As some modems need to be switched on and off, Please switch your modem on and off at the power switch for at least 20 seconds.

If this did not restore your service. Contact exetel support on (02) 8030 1000 - Option 2 / 1300 788 141 - Option 2 from 8.30 am to 11.00 pm AEDST 365 days.

Exetel apologize for the inconvenience caused to you on this issue.
