Unplanned Fibre Outage - Multiple suburbs, NSW - In progress

Event Notification

Location Affected: South Windsor, Bligh Park, Londonderry, River stone, Vineyard, Richmond, NSW

Event Start : 26-11-2016

Products Impacted: Fibre broadband

Additional Information: Most customers in the above mentioned area may experience connectivity issues.

Root cause still being investigated.

ETR : Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an estimated time of resolution.

Once the outage has been restored kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.

Update

Our supplier advises that the outage is still ongoing and suspects the issue is at MASCOT Exchange.

A field visit has been already arranged.

ETR: Supplier could not provide an ETR at this moment

Estimated Time of Resolution: Supplier could not provide an estimated time of resolution at this moment, however their engineers are working in resolving this issue and Exetel is currently consulting the supplier on the available options of providing a temporary solution.

Our network supplier has sourced a replacement card for the Mascot exchange and the work is due to be completed tonight.

Expected time of restoration is for tomorrow morning.
