Possible Fibre Network Outage - Multiple Suburbs , QLD

Products Impacted : Fibre

Additional Information: Some customers in the above mentioned area may experience a complete disruption or dropouts on the connection.

Root cause : Still being investigated.

Issue is now successfully Resolved.

Root Cause: Awaiting for supplier Report for Outage

Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

Kindly power cycle your modem / router and test the service.

Still getting huge slowdowns and disconnects last week up until Friday here inBrisbane.

Now we just getting periods where very slow yesterday. So is there still a problem somewhere ?

I made a thread several days ago but got no response from Exetel staff yet.

Kindly note that all the outages occurred are being restored and currently there are no ongoing outages effecting any Exetel Services.
