Supplier: Optus NBN

Event Start Time: 05/09/2019 12:00 PM AEST

Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR) : Not available at this stage

Root cause : still being investigated

Update:

Outage is still ongoing.

ETR (Estimated time of resolution): Due to the complexity of the outage, we are unable to provide an estimated time of resolution.

Update;

Most impacted services are now Stable and performing within specification. The services are being remotely monitored at this stage to ensure that they remain stable.

Further updates will be provided on this Forum post once the monitoring is completed.
