The Wholesale Supplier advises that the Performance Degradation during peak times are still ongoing.

Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR) : Estimated Time of Resolution has elapsed. We are still awaiting an update from the wholesale provider.

However, interim solutions are being explored to minimize the impact.

The last step for the fix is scheduled to be completed by 09/12/2019.

However, the wholesale supplier will be carrying out further testing to ensure that the issue is fully rectified after the fix.
