Update:

The Wholesale supplier advises that the outage is still ongoing.

Our wholesale supplier is unable to provide us with an Estimated time of resolution at this stage.

ETR (Estimated time of resolution): Our wholesale supplier has advice that due to the complexity of the outage, they are unable to provide any estimated time of resolution.

Update:

Services impacted by this Outage are now coming Online. The situation is being monitored further by Exetel and the supplier to ensure that the outage is fully Restored, and further updates will be provided once a complete fix is confirmed.

Our wholesale supplier has confirmed that the outage is restored.

Please restart your modem / router and check if any issues persist.
