Estimated Time of Resolution (ETR): 22/04/2021, 06:00 AEST

Root cause: Urgent maintenance.

Additional Information: Our wholesale supplier advises that there will be planned network maintenance affecting users in the estate: North Harbour, QLD. This will affect internet and phone services during the outage window.

Update:

The planned maintenance estimated time of resolution has elapsed

We are still following up with the Wholesale Supplier for confirmation of the maintenance completion.

Please power cycle your modem/router and check if issues persist. Exetel apologizes for any inconvenience this may have caused.

Kindly power cycle your modem/ router and test the service.
