SMS via Exetel website

Post by pauln » Sat Jan 30, 2010 10:55 am

I am currently a fairly heavy user of exeSMS but occasionally send SMS via the exetel website when the need arises. eg. from a PC which doesn't have exeSMS installed.

I would like to see the ability for the account owner to create sub user IDs which can log in to the exetel website in order to send bulk SMS etc, but without access to the account management facilities. These users could also have access to webmail and any other non administrative functions.

Regards,
Paul

Hi Paul,

Can you please email your suggestion to melanieb@exetel.com.au and also advise her on the approximate amounts of messages you send per month.

Currently there is no provision of what you speak of, if you wish to manage sub-account I suggest using API's to manage them if you only wish them to send SMS. As for incorporating webmail into another facility, I think it'd be more logical to use webmail separately as the two services are distinctively different.

Cheers Will
