MVN to Email: Longer messages broken

Hi,

We have MVN and get emails when a message arrives.

Longer messages are broken into 2 or more emails. This has been going for as long as we've had the service.

Is there any possibility these can be fixed so that the messages arrive joined?

It is really annoying, but so far (for us) just cosmetic.
