Switching Mobile Plans

The website shows a suite of new mobile plans, but within the Member Facilities, you can't select to change to them...only options are the former plans.

When will the new mobile plans be made available to switch to in Member Services ?

We will check and confirm to you on this by tomorrow. If it is available for the existing customers, our sales department may place a plan change for you.

The new mobile plans have already been added to the Members Facility, if you have any issues in changing plans, please do let us know and we will get in touch with you.
