How do I switch to $30 cheaper NBN plan?

Postby Franpa on Sun Apr 01, 2018 2:35 am

How do I switch to the $30's cheaper 50/20 Unlimited NBN plan? I've been checking the members facilities for a long time for cheaper plans since NBNCo announced they were giving out RSP discounts or whatever... various ISP's have given people cheaper plans already apparently...

Don't tell me the cheaper plans are only for new customers D:

What happens if you put your address in on our site for your address, what plans come up?

I want to change from the $79.99 plan to the $59.99 plan since it's the same thing but $30 cheaper. The $59.99 plan isn't available in my Member's Facility though.

HI

Please be advised that the new plans listed on the Exetel website are for new customers only as this is what we have negotiated with our wholesale supplier. The plan change options available are listed in your Exetel Members area. However, kindly PM your service details to further investigate this.

Kind Regards
