No internet

I have logged an issue with Help desk and not received any notification to say it has been logged.

Reference number KJR-35552-885

Have powered off modem a few times and still solid red light on internet with the ZTE Modem.

No outages reported in my area by Exetel or Telstra.
Desperately need internet for work. I cannot hotspotmy phone as mobile service is horrendous.

I have further referred with the other ticket 16981615 and the issue has been fixed by the remote modem configuration.
