I'm on a 500Gb / month plan.
Since the start of April I've been getting excess usage on my data.
How can I see what's increased my usage from 3Gb / day to 35Gb/day?

We can not detect or have information on what you are spending your data on. However, you can log in to your member's account ( https://my.exetel.com.au/login ) and check your daily usage. This way you can observe the days you have utilized the data and cross-reference it with your usage.
