Changing From ADSL1 To Optus ADSL2 - No Plan details
Hi,
When changing from ADSL1 to Optus ADSL2 today, using the member facilities, I noticed that the confirmation pages do not display the new plan details. I have a screen shot of this (which I can email to Exetel if needed).
Cheers,
Edwin

mobile plan change
Hi, I'm trying to change my mobile plan from $5 to a $20 cap plan. Firstly i believe this option is under the wrong heading of ''Hosting''. It would be better placed under the ''plan'' option. Having finally found where to change my plan, i then find there are no Cap plans offered, only the other plans are shown. Not sure if this issue is just confined to wireless facilities or not.
cheers Scott

Re: mobile plan change
It has been modified. You are able to change the to cap plan under "Other Services".sh0nky wrote:Hi, I'm trying to change my mobile plan from $5 to a $20 cap plan. Quick response from Exetel
It appears we have had another snow storm in North Sydney as the snow flakes are now back on www.exetel.com.au

Can you make them go away and the sun might come out again!

I'll blow away my temp files at work tommorrow and see if it's still there
Edit: Just checked at work and the snow flakes are no longer appearing - storms over

Hi, I'm wanting to change my mobile plan. Im getting a message saying i don't have a mobile account which is just not true. I have been trying to change my plan now for 1 week and have had trouble at every stage (see above). The wireless facilities have been a mess for sometime now.I sent a email to exetel voice last week asking these same things and if they could change my plan for me since the site didnt allow it. I didn't even get a reply back..quite annoying considering its a website issue beyond my control and i'm trying to save myself money by changing my plan.
